Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Recruiter to join our rapidly growing People Recruiting team across Costa Mesa, Seattle, Boston or Washington, DC. You will own full-cycle recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, partnering with hiring managers as a trusted extension of their teams.

You will build tailored sourcing strategies, conduct screens, manage interviews from intake to close, and provide market insights to influence talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Direct experience recruiting within the People function (HR, total rewards, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset with pipeline metrics and market insights.
• U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function.
• Conduct screens that assess depth and fit, with an evaluation approach tailored to each search.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close: calibrate with hiring managers, prepare panels, drive offers.
