StubHub is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business teams in a hybrid New York, NY office. You’ll drive searches, build pipelines, and partner with leadership, with a focus on applying AI to improve quality and efficiency.

You’ll manage a portfolio of roles, translate business needs into hiring plans, and influence decisions with market data. Strong independence and credibility with hiring leaders are essential for success.

Competenze

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in-house at a high-growth company.
• Strong technical recruiting experience across engineering or specialized roles.
• Demonstrated independence with ownership of searches and partnerships with hiring managers.
• Excellent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market intelligence skills.
• Credibility with hiring leaders and ability to challenge requirements constructively.
• Learning agility to ramp in unfamiliar functions and build practical plans.
• Applied AI experience to improve recruiting workflows and outputs.
