Check is looking for a Senior Recruiter to enable our hiring during a critical growth phase, partnering closely with people leaders and interview teams on high-priority roles. This role sits at the center of how we build the company, requiring strong judgment, clear communication, ownership, and a love for partnering with managers and candidates.

You’ll be a sourcing powerhouse: crafting compelling outbound outreach, owning full-cycle recruiting from TOFU to close, and using Ashby, LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including experience in-house in a growing tech company.
• Fluency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
• Strong sourcing chops, including creative and compelling outbound messaging, and structured and determined follow-up sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own process and pipeline for a load of 5-10 high-priority searches, building top-of-funnel candidate pools and crafting JDs and interview loops.
• Partner with hiring teams and managers to define needs, align on standards, and drive the recruiting process.
• Maintain data hygiene in Ashby, leveraging AI-augmented sourcing and pipeline tools to move fast and keep candidates engaged.
