The hybrid NYC position requires 3 days in the office per week, with responsibilities spanning RPO-like activities, branding, and high-volume requisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years full-cycle recruitment, tech focus in Data/AI.
• AI fluency with modern terminology.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience with Boolean search and targeted sourcing.
• Workday Recruit experience a plus.
• Global recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and networks.
• Evaluate technical skills to meet functional and organizational needs.
• Provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
