Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Recruiter II to deliver world-class recruiting services across the organization, identifying and hiring for entry to managerial roles with high volume demand. You will source, interview, and refer candidates while collaborating with HR partners to ensure service levels.

You will promote Ryder as an employer of choice, ensure compliance with recruiting laws, and contribute to organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four (4) years or more experience in a related area required.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters; collaborates with HR and business partners to meet service levels.
• Works on staffing issues of moderate scope requiring analysis of multiple factors.
• Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting.
• Promotes the organization as an employer of choice.
