Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales, to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating functions in a fast-moving, remote environment. You will partner with senior revenue leaders to shape hiring strategy, build pipelines, and drive data-driven hiring velocity across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing operations.

Experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus. This role is fully remote with US-based flexibility and a focus on exceptional candidate experience, DEI-friendly sourcing,

Formación

• 5+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting
• Experience hiring for high-volume sales roles
• Fintech or SaaS experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven approach to hiring
• Remote work experience in scaling startups

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, customer success operations, and leadership
• Advise revenue leadership; facilitate hiring meetings; provide market insights
• Build and maintain passive talent pipelines with sourcing channels
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values
• Track metrics; drive data-driven improvements in hiring velocity
• Lead or participate in employer branding and DEI sourcing initiatives
