Apollo.io is seeking a Business Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across G&A, Sales and Marketing. This high-ownership role requires operating with low oversight, proactive problem-solving, and a talent-advisor posture with each stakeholder.

You will manage 20+ screens per week, drive 360+ outbound contacts per quarter, and build efficient workflows across Finance, HR, and Compensation. A data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS.
• Delivery in high-growth environments with ambiguity.
• Strong data fluency and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid- and senior-level roles across G&A, Sales and Marketing.
• Build sourcing strategies and manage diverse pipelines.
• Lead structured screens and calibrated debriefs for clear decisions.
• Maintain real-time pipeline data and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor and influence role scope.
