Job summary

Apollo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for complex, high-priority roles across our R&D org, including Engineering, Data Science, and Security. You will build multi-channel sourcing strategies, partner with engineering leaders, and drive data-informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in SaaS/AI environments.
Ability to source and assess senior/staff engineers without a script.
Influence hiring managers with data and market insights.
Hands-on AI fluency with workflows you’ve built and results they drove.
Strong ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle hiring for senior and specialized R&D roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, ML/AI, Data Science, Security).
Build multi-channel sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn.
Calibrate pipelines with hiring managers early for strong first slate.
Partner with Engineering and Data leaders on role scope, leveling, and market reality.
Lead hiring sprints and process improvements across the team.
