Job summary

HireTalent in Minneapolis is seeking a Recruiter to support the hiring of non-bargaining operations professionals. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and drive successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing offers, building talent pipelines, and providing market insights to business leaders. A Bachelor's degree and 3–10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Direct sourcing and corporate recruiting background.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on talent strategy.
• ATS experience required (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action policies.
