The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines, delivering market insights, and maintaining a professional candidate experience through phone/video interviews and coordinated interview processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, full-cycle preferred.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Experience using ATS, Indeed, job boards, or similar recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, culture fit, and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and build strong candidate pipelines.
