Gradient Financial Group in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent for a growing organization.

You'll build pipelines across corporate and professional roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide market insights to improve hiring efficiency while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Proven ability to assess culture fit and technical requirements.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and hiring plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruiting tools.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and communicate feedback with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records and report on recruiting KPIs.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.
