Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through top-tier recruitment delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates for on-site or off-site work. The Senior Recruiter serves as a subject-matter expert on ATS and candidate sourcing methods.

Responsibilities include multi-channel sourcing, client communications, process improvement, and behavioral interview techniques to create strong shortlists and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in full cycle recruitment and 5+ years working with Hiring Managers.
• Proven competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and multi-channel sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates meeting client profiles.
• Engage with clients professionally and promptly; manage expectations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in recruiting processes.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for process.
• Oversee process management and candidate sourcing activities.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in short-listing.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the cycle.
• Clearly communicate position opportunities and client value proposition.
