Torc Robotics seeks an experienced Recruiter to scale our Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate teams. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to close, including internship and co-op programs, while partnering with hiring teams to meet annual hiring goals.
Strong sourcing skills, an established network in operations or logistics, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse are expected.

For the ideal candidate, we are open to Remote based in the US. Working in a hybrid capacity at our Blacksburg, VA or Fort Worth, TX office location would be preferred. Relocation support is available.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Torc's total compensation package will also include our corporate bonus and stock option plan. Dependent on the position offered, sign‑on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
