Job summary

Torc Robotics in the United States is seeking a senior Recruiter to scale our engineering talent. You will source, screen, and partner with hiring teams to deliver top candidates for our autonomous driving and software roles.

This full-time, hybrid role supports candidates nationwide, with preferred hubs in Ann Arbor or Dallas–Fort Worth. You’ll drive the end-to-end process, from outreach to offer, while promoting Torc’s innovative, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing full life cycle recruiting with at least 6+ years in engineering.
• Experience hiring software engineers is required.
• Direct sourcing to identify and hire top technical talent.
• Global recruiting experience (Canada preferred).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with Hiring Managers.
• Experience with ATS software; Greenhouse preferred.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and serve as recruiting partner to various hiring teams.
• Own the full life cycle recruitment process from screening to offer and close.
• Strategically plan and own a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Promote our employer brand and reduce time-to-hire.
