What you’ll do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Partner with hiring managers to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies that actually work.
• Hunt for top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews, then facilitate debrief sessions where you help hiring teams see the magic in candidates.
• Champion the candidate experience from day one through offer.
• Craft competitive offer letters and collaborate with HR on compensation benchmarking to ensure we’re winning the talent wars.
• Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source mix, pipeline health) using our ATS and turn data into insights that drive results.
• Amplify our employer brand through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and beyond.
