AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy and is expanding its team to scale at major airports. We are seeking a driven Senior Recruiter, Field Operations to build a world-class team and support rapid growth.

You’ll source top talent, partner with founders and the operations team, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience across a competitive market. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and ATS platforms to create a robust pipeline of operators and technicians,

Formación

• 1+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and creative talent attraction
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting field operations talent (operators, technicians, etc.)
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) or similar systems
• Experience with fast-growing startups and scaling teams

Responsabilidades

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market
• Partner with founders, principal recruiter and operations to align hiring objectives and sourcing strategies
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (networking, events, marketing, etc.)
