Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a high-volume environment on a contract basis in Houston. You will manage 15-25 concurrent requisitions and recruit across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Compliance, HSE, HR, and other business functions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience in Energy/Oil & Gas, and strong sourcing skills. Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, plus the ability to showcase AI-driven productivity gains, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Energy, Oil & Gas or other publicly traded/industrial industry recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with minimal oversight.
• Executive presence and confidence leading interviews with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive recruiting mindset.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI has improved recruiting productivity and outcomes.
