Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate/Senior/Managing Associate to identify and develop candidates for executive search projects, while supporting market intelligence and business development materials. The role collaborates with engagement teams, research analysts, principals, and partners to ensure quality client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with an undergraduate degree required and MBA advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral, written) and ability to present at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and able to advance within Korn Ferry.

Responsibilities

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
• Manage the various stages of the search process to ensure high-quality client engagement.
• Lead identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during the search process.
