The successful candidate will lead recruitment for experienced-hire and leadership talent, conduct interviews, and partner with business leaders on recommendations, offers, and negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting experienced professionals, managers and leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
• Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiations and compensation discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire and leadership-level talent.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on selection decisions.
• Support offer development, compensation discussions, and candidate negotiations.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
