Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the internal recruitment team for a remote role. The position focuses on multi-channel sourcing, workforce planning, and candidate marketing for RPO clients, with emphasis on screening, assessments, and relationship management.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, strong experience with hiring managers, and proven skills in competency-based interviews and ATS usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of client-facing work with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of conducting competency and behavioral interviews.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 2+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).

Responsibilities

• Staff RPO client accounts with both existing and new clients.
• Oversee HCM processes and related actions.
• Document hiring approvals and authorizations.
• Drive multi-channel sourcing campaigns for each account.
• Understand local compensation bands and approvals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop external networks for senior leadership roles.
• Proactively source promotions or movements.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Follow client recruitment process and use competency interviewing.
• Present opportunities and value proposition effectively.
