Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington DC (preferred), Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, while providing flex support to adjacent Growth searches as needed.

You will build deep partnerships with hiring managers, become a trusted extension of their teams, and develop real relationships with candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience recruiting within Business Development, Government Relations, or Program Management, ideally in defense or national security.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across functions while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management to advise and trust-building with hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset to track metrics and market intelligence.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and teams.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and PM with flex for adjacent Growth roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for each sub-function.
• Conduct screens to assess depth, knowledge, and fit for each search.
• Manage interview process from intake to close and drive offers to signature.
• Partner with BD/Growth leaders to understand hiring needs and team composition.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability.
• Provide pipeline updates and market intelligence, recalibrating timelines as needed.
• Influence role design and leveling with external market perspective.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS/CRM and share best practices across teams.
