Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to join our growing team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for BD, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex support for adjacent Growth roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across multiple US offices.

You will design sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and guide hiring decisions with market insights while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and timely closures.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting within BD, capture, proposals, government relations, or PM.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers across levels.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market intelligence.
• Clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to move fast without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function.
• Conduct screens assessing depth, knowledge, and fit for each search.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close and drive offers to signature.
• Partner with BD and Growth leaders to understand needs and profiles.
• Advise on compensation benchmarks and candidate availability across BD disciplines.
• Provide transparent pipeline updates and market intelligence.
• Influence role design and leveling with external market perspectives.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices.
