Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management, while providing flex support to adjacent Growth searches as needed. You will build deep partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, navigating searches with varying domain fluency and assessment approaches.

You will learn each sub-function to credibly evaluate candidates, advise on talent strategy, market dynamics, and role design.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Direct experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or growth functions — ideally in defense, aerospace, or national security.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different areas while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers across levels.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and use data to influence decisions.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and teams across BD disciplines.
• Ability to move fast and prioritize without compromising quality.
• U.S. Person required due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function, recognizing different talent pipelines across domains.
• Conduct screens assessing functional depth, customer knowledge, and fit; tailor evidence points per search.
• Manage the interview process from intake to close, calibrate with hiring managers, prepare panels, and drive offers to signature.
• Partner with BD and Growth leaders to understand hiring needs and team composition.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability across BD disciplines.
• Provide transparency on pipeline updates and market intelligence to recalibrate timelines and expectations.
• Influence role design and leveling with external market perspective.
