Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management in US offices. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and guide searches in a dynamic defense tech environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple searches, assess fit for diverse BD roles, and move candidates through a rigorous interview process is essential.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Direct experience recruiting in business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions (defense/aerospace/ national security).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across functions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers across levels and clear communication with candidates.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and PM, with flex into adjacent Growth hiring during peaks.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each sub-function, recognizing different pipelines and proof points.
Conduct screens to assess depth, knowledge, and fit for each search and point of proof.
Manage interview process from intake to close: calibrate with managers, panel prep, debriefs, offers to close.
