Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to join our growing team in Washington, DC (preferred) with options for Costa Mesa, Seattle, or Boston. You will own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management, building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.

You will develop sourcing strategies, screen for depth and fit, and guide talent strategy and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with success across multiple domains.
• Direct experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions—ideally in defense, aerospace, or national security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches with quality and candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset: tracking pipeline metrics and market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and hiring teams across BD disciplines.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex for adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function and division.
• Conduct screens to assess functional depth, customer knowledge, and organizational fit per search.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close: calibrate with hiring managers, prepare panels, facilitate debriefs, and drive offers.
• Strategic Partnership with BD and Growth leaders to understand needs and profile success across sub-functions.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability across BD disciplines.
• Provide pipeline updates and market intelligence; recalibrate timelines and expectations when needed.
• Influence role design and leveling with external market perspective.
• Process and Craft: own candidate experience and maintain data integrity in ATS/CRM.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share strategies and best practices.
