Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Compliance to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role drives full-cycle recruiting for compliance, risk, technical and analytical positions critical to growth and governance.

You will partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, shape interview processes, and support decisions in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment. You will bring strategic sourcing expertise, market insights, and a commitment to inclusive hiring

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years in a talent, people, or HR-equivalent function.
• Proven track record in hiring for technical or quantitative roles.
• Experience recruiting for compliance and risk teams in fintech or financial services.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills for specialized talent pools.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Compensation: $119,200 – $149,000 annually
