Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Compliance to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role drives full-cycle recruiting for compliance, risk, technical and analytical positions critical to growth and governance.

You will partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, shape interview processes, and support decisions in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment. You will bring strategic sourcing expertise, market insights, and a commitment to inclusive hiring

Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
5+ years in a talent, people, or HR-equivalent function.
Proven track record in hiring for technical or quantitative roles.
Experience recruiting for compliance and risk teams in fintech or financial services.
Strong sourcing and networking skills for specialized talent pools.
Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and analytical roles across various teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and regulatory environment.
Partner with hiring managers to define success and design interview processes.
Build targeted sourcing strategies for niche talent pools.
Serve as a strategic advisor using talent mapping and market insights.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and guide interview teams.
Lead recruiting efforts for new and evolving roles, adapting as needed.
