AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers for Business Banking roles, guiding end-to-end recruitment with quality thresholds and KPI targets. This 6-month fixed-term contract embraces a hybrid work model with preferred locations in Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or New Jersey.

You will build pipelines, conduct screenings, advise on sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with a distributed team across time zones.

• Demonstrated success hiring for sales-oriented and client-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within hybrid and remote team environments.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

The Role

As Senior Recruiter, you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS.

The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels for their Business Banking function.

The Senior Recruiter is also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with the possibility of extension. The role follows a hybrid work model, with preferred work locations in Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or New Jersey.

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US - USD 78,565 - 112,000plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus);
