As Senior Recruiter, you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS.

The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels for their Business Banking function.

The Senior Recruiter is also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with the possibility of extension. The role follows a hybrid work model, with preferred work locations in Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or New Jersey.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Business Banking positions, from intake through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through proactive market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct candidate screenings and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment best practices to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team operating across multiple time zones.

Skills & Experiences

• Proven experience recruiting within the banking, financial services, or commercial/business banking industry.
• Demonstrated success hiring for sales-oriented and client-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within hybrid and remote team environments.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US - USD 78,565 - 112,000plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus);
