Check is looking for a Senior Recruiter to enable hiring during a critical growth phase, partnering closely with People leaders and interview teams on high-priority roles. This role sits at the center of how we build the company, requiring strong judgment and a love for partnering with managers and candidates alike.

You're responsible for building TOFU across priority reqs in R&D and Operations, and will broaden to full-cycle ownership with thoughtful screens, interview loops, and closing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at a growing tech company.
• Fluency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
• Strong sourcing chops with outbound messaging and follow-up sequencing.
• Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting on your reqs from TOFU to offer management.
• Clear, direct communication with exceptional storytelling to influence stakeholders.
• AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to amplify sourcing and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Own process and pipeline for 5-10 high-priority searches with top-of-funnel focus.
• Partner with hiring teams to define needs, clarify what great looks like, and engage top talent.
• Maintain data hygiene in Ashby and leverage AI-augmented sourcing to raise visibility and momentum.
• Set and maintain a high-performance bar for talent while moving fast without sacrificing quality.
• Work in the open as a public partner to hiring managers and recruiting channels.
• Partner with Head of People and Lead Recruiter to build engaging hiring loops and executive reporting.
