Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
• Proven success closing candidates across G&A and/or technical functions.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close across your portfolio, with flexibility for G&A and technical roles.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Contribute to process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
