Job summary

Fingerprint seeks a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across both Go-to-Market and Technical roles in a remote US-facing capacity. You will source candidates through multiple channels, maintain a high-volume pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and market insights.

You will manage the Greenhouse ATS, schedule interviews, track progress, and analyze metrics to drive process improvements.

Fingerprint helps enterprises detect and stop online fraud with device intelligence. This Senior Recruiter role owns full-cycle recruiting across both Go-to-Market and Technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to build teams during a growth phase.
