You will independently manage the full lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have proven sourcing skills for hard-to-fill roles, experience leading intake meetings, and the ability to deliver strategic recruiting strategies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and ability to manage requisitions independently.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations or related environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong sourcing skills and success engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent manager, stakeholder and candidate relationship management.

Role Overview

Our Senior Recruiter is a key contributor supporting a high-visibility recruiting program focused on manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, and professional-level talent. This role requires a recruiter who can quickly establish credibility, provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate support, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

This role supports a growing recruiting program with several difficult-to-fill positions requiring strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruiting execution skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers, leading intake and calibration discussions, and delivering high-quality talent while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

• Managing full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, and professional-level requisitions.
• Building and maintaining active and passive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Leading intake meetings and recruiting calibration discussions with hiring managers.
• Coordinating interview processes and ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Providing market intelligence, recruiting insights, and candidate feedback to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Managing offer processes and supporting negotiations within established compensation guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborating with recruiting teammates and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against hiring goals.
• Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining service level expectations and recruitment metrics.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently manage requisitions from intake through offer.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, industrial, agricultural, or related environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent hiring manager, stakeholder, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Experience leading intake meetings and influencing recruiting strategy discussions.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and high-visibility positions.
• Ability to provide market insights and talent recommendations to hiring leaders.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$61,575.00 - $82,100.00
