Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding. This role provides consultative expertise, builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, and coordinates interview processes with onsite stakeholders.

The position is hybrid in Denver, CO or remote US, with a base pay range of $61,575 to $82,100 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume environments supporting customer support, sales, quality, or manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive hiring decisions.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Ability to work onsite and partner closely with hiring teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions, managing both active and passive pipelines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and onsite stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategy.
• Coordinate and lead interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communications.
• Drive efficient hiring processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes and support negotiations within established compensation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and requisitions within ATS systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure alignment and delivery across business needs.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$61,575.00 - $82,100.00
