Job summary

Leoforce in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment across manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver timely hires.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, food & beverage, packaging, automotive, chemical, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of EEO regulations and employment law compliance.
• Experience with Federal & State employment laws, including hiring, interviewing, applicant dispositioning, and record retention requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Support affirmative action initiatives and diversity recruiting efforts as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines, I-9 requirements, E-Verify procedures, and related employment regulations when applicable.
• Conduct recruiting activities in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and documentation related to recruiting and employment practices.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

• Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing operations.
