Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for positions across markets. You will source, screen, and place candidates using Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline or Fieldglass, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure fair and efficient processes.

Position is currently remote in South Boston, MA with a requirement to reside in the metro Boston area as the role will be onsite in 2027. Base pay ranges from $51,300 to $68,400, with total compensation enhancing this package

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System VMS (Fieldglass/Beeline)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Location: Currently remote in South Boston, MA. Candidate will need to reside in the metro Boston area as role will be onsite in 2027.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
