Job summary

Kelly in Milwaukee is seeking a recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You will attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Location & Work Schedule:

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with possible overtime (flexibility required)

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System VMS (Fieldglass/Beeline)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
• Spanish professional proficiency required

Base pay range for this position is $25 – $28 per hour. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
