Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Hendersonville, TN seeks a Reconstruction Estimator to oversee the full lifecycle of restoration projects, from estimating and scope development to execution and closeout. You will develop detailed rebuild estimates using Xactimate, review scopes for profitability, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong field knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate and carrier negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to assess scope of loss and construction requirements.
• Develop detailed reconstruction estimates using Xactimate in accordance with carrier guidelines.
• Review and refine scopes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and profitability.
• Identify and capture change orders and supplemental opportunities.
• Manage estimate revisions based on carrier feedback.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client meetings.
• Ensure projects are bid and contracted at margins aligned with company targets.
• Oversee projects from contract signing through final completion.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
