Job summary

iMold Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Estimator & Project Manager to guide customers through recovery projects from initial visit to final walkthrough. You will develop detailed estimates, coordinate permits, and lead multiple trades to restore homes and properties.

The role requires hands-on experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration, with a track record in managing subcontractors and navigating insurance claims.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project management.
• Experience with obtaining building permits and coordinating inspections.
• Knowledge of reading scopes of work and building estimates.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating varied trades.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes and adjusters.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of reconstruction projects from contract to completion.
• Obtain permits and coordinate inspections with municipalities.
• Source, qualify, schedule, and manage subcontractors across trades.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout reconstruction phase.
• Coordinate handoffs with mold remediation and water restoration teams.
• Provide project status updates to customers and management.
• Document all activity in CRM and project systems.
