Job summary

Ourclient, a leading restoration and reconstruction firm, seeks a highly organized Project Manager in Hendersonville to direct insurance-based mitigation and restoration projects. You will oversee residential and light commercial work from inception to completion, coordinating clients, adjusters and crews to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or reconstruction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of restoration practices and standards.
• Experience processing insurance claims and understanding carrier expectations.
• Ability to manage project budgets and scheduling subcontractor work.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Xactimate and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily and provide project updates.
• Prepare, review and process documentation per policies.
• Monitor, inspect and manage restoration projects.
• Supervise technicians per scope and cost estimates.
• Create estimates in Xactimate and ensure field QC.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters and team members.
• Support the company's growth and prosperity.
