Job summary

Service Restoration, Inc. is seeking a full-time estimator to join the Construction - Rebuild team. The role focuses on coordinating job estimates to be profitable for the company and fair to insurers and customers.

You will work closely with staff, subcontractors, vendors, insurers, and clients to ensure efficiency and profitability from start to finish. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent experience helpful.
• Knowledge of construction/rebuilding and restoration basics.
• 1+ year rebuild-oriented Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily phone calls and respond to leads and voicemails.
• Produce emails, notes, documents, and files.
• Resolve conflicts to reach satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
• Enter new customers into the Project Management System.
• Close completed jobs in the Project Management System.
• Use Xactimate to create invoices and estimates.
• Analyze properties via photos, videos, and communications.
• Create, submit, and present estimates to clients and insurers.
• Bill customers, clients, and insurance providers.
• Coordinate communication between involved parties.
