Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking an Estimator to oversee projects for residential and commercial losses related to insurance claims. The role involves creating accurate estimates, scopes of work, and coordinating with adjusters, management, and on-site teams across franchise locations.

Ideal candidates will have restoration/construction experience, proficiency with Xactimate, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be required to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and estimating software encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required with training availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate scopes for residential and commercial losses.
• Coordinate with adjusters, property managers, and internal teams.
• Develop budgets, manage project costs, and track job profitability.
• Assist with project design, approvals, and change orders.
• Maintain thorough documentation and job management updates.
• Support invoicing and collections efforts related to estimating.
