Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple reconditioning lines at the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan production for a full shift, manage facilities to hit targets in production, cost and quality when leadership is offsite, and drive continuous improvements.

You’ll lead root-cause analysis, coordinate with the site leadership team, run weekly performance reviews, and guide daily huddles to set priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to relocate regionally/nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost and quality when leadership is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with senior leadership and report on targets.
• Lead daily site manager huddles to set tone and priorities.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across site and region.
• Provide development feedback and grow Reconditioning Lead/Manager populations.
