Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PBM, pharmaceutical manufacturer relations, or healthcare analytics.
• At least 5 years of rebate analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of PBM operations, drug pricing, and formulary management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive rebate strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with analytics and finance teams to quantify financial impact of contracts.
• Oversee accruals and reconciliation processes for data integrity.
