Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical rebates or related healthcare value functions.
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex operations.
• Experience owning operating models, governance structures, and controls.
• Experience leading programs with measurable financial accountability.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise alignment.
• PharmD or pharmacist licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own rebate strategy and operating model across programs.
• Oversee eligibility governance, attestation standards, and product mapping frameworks.
• Lead manufacturer program administration, onboarding, and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Drive reconciliation, value capture, and financial performance improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop staff for scalable growth.
