Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will lead the delivery of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required and overnight stays are paid for RPC roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area as an alternative.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams encouraged.
• Knowledge of remodels, project management, or store design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to project sites across the US with overnight stays and mileage reimbursement.
