Job summary

Cytel is hiring in Montpelier, VT to support epidemiology analytics using real-world data. You will work with epidemiologists to design studies, code analyses, and create reproducible datasets and reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in related field (epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, economics) with 5+ years of RWE analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL; SAS or R required.
• Deep expertise analyzing RWE data sources (Optum Clinformatics Datamart, Truveta, UK Biobank).
• Familiarity with relational databases and claims/ ancillary file layouts.
• Experience with regression, survival analyses, and propensity weighting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in study protocol and analysis plan development for large RWD (Claims/EHR).
• Liaise with data vendors for extracts aligned with study protocols.
• Create analytical databases to facilitate analyses.
• Conduct analyses per study protocols.
• Produce tables/figures for investigators and study reports.
• Present results to internal teams and clients.
• Assist in preparing study reports and deliverables.
• Potential supervisory responsibilities in the future.
