Job summary

Cytel is seeking a skilled epidemiology data scientist to support Real World Evidence analytics for pharma, CRO, or academic studies. You will leverage large data sources (Claims/EHR) to develop protocols, run analyses, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of RWE experience, expertise in SQL and SAS/R, and strong communication to present results to clients. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a related field and 5+ years of RWE analytics experience in pharma/CRO/academic settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of study protocols and analysis plans using large RWD sources (Claims/EHR).
• Liaise with data vendors to obtain relevant data extracts aligned with study protocols.
• Create analytical databases from data extracts to facilitate analyses.
• Conduct analyses per study protocols and analysis plans.
• Produce tables and figures for discussions with investigators, clients and study reports.
• Present results internally and to clients.
• Assist in preparation of study reports and other deliverables.
• May have supervisory responsibilities in the future.
