Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Management to support one of its largest global technology clients. This role involves managing complex real estate transactions, communicating with C-suite stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end transaction services.

Location options include San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with a remote option based on experience. The successful candidate will coordinate with the Transaction Manager and other teams to ensure timely, compliant closure and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease structures, and market dynamics.
• Experience with real estate transaction management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the client's real estate portfolio and all transactions, including lease renewals, new leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage all lease amendments, estoppels, landlord engagements, notices, and disputes.
• Track critical deadlines across the transaction lifecycle to ensure compliant, timely closure.
• Manage transaction paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance requirements are met through closure.
• Liaise with brokers throughout the transaction process to support smooth, compliant and timely deal closure.
