Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Transaction Manager to lead a high-volume portfolio of real estate transactions for a Fortune 100 technology client. The role is based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA with some travel and potential remote work based on experience.

You will oversee program management, coordinate brokers and internal teams, negotiate complex leases, and deliver strategic, data-driven advice to optimize occupancy and costs.

Qualifications

Experience in transaction program management for commercial real estate.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate high‑value, complex lease transactions.

Responsibilities

Oversee transaction program management for assigned properties/portfolio.
Coordinate brokers, legal, and internal teams to meet milestones and approvals.
Lead client meetings, provide strategic counsel, and ensure delivery of transaction solutions.
Draft and review business cases and corporate approvals for opex/capex investments.
Track milestones across brokers, attorneys, architects, and other service providers.
Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on transaction performance and lessons learned.
